The Stitchify Perfect Sew-Out Policy
Last updated: May 24, 2026
Digitizing isn’t just a file conversion โ it’s an art form. Because every machine, fabric, and stabilizer combination is different, we don’t just “hit a button” and send a file. Our team is in this with you until your design looks sharp on the actual garment.
Our Revision Guarantee
Before we discuss refunds, our priority is fixing the problem. If a file isn’t running the way it should on your machine, we will tweak it until it does.
- Unlimited Edits: We don’t stop until you are 100% happy with the digital design preview.
- Technical Tweaks: Need more pull compensation? Is the density too high for your specific fabric? Just let us know.
- Vector Cleanup: If a vector line isn’t crisp enough for your specific print method, we will sharpen it until it’s production-ready.
Refund Guidelines
We believe in being reasonable. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of file delivery by emailing info@stitchifydigitizing.com with your Order ID.
Cases where a refund is approved:
- Technical Dead-End: The file has a technical issue our team cannot resolve after multiple revision attempts.
- Missed Deadlines: If we miss a confirmed deadline and the design is no longer useful for your production schedule.
- Significant Deviation: If the final result does not match your original artwork and revisions are not bridging the gap.
Cases where we cannot offer a refund:
- Change of Mind: The work has been completed, delivered, and downloaded as requested, with no technical issue present.
- Incorrect Information: The wrong artwork, size, or instructions were provided in the initial order.
- Machine or Format Errors: If you realize after delivery that you needed a different format or didn’t verify your machine’s hoop size.
- New Design Requests: If you decide to change the logo entirely, this is considered a new order rather than a revision.
Approved refunds are processed within 5โ7 business days back to your original payment method.
Vector Conversion Specifics
Vectorizing low-quality artwork is a specialized task. If your artwork is too blurry to salvage, we will inform you before we begin. If we take the job and the final vector cannot be used for your specific production needs (DTF, Screen Print, etc.), we will issue a refund if our team cannot make it right.

We always recommend a test stitch on scrap fabric. While we are experts in the field, we cannot account for every machine’s tension or every brand of stabilizer.
