Terms of Service
Last updated: October 31, 2025
Welcome to Stitchify Digitizing & Vectorizing Services. When you place an order with us or use our website, you are agreeing to the terms outlined below. These terms are here to ensure a smooth, professional experience for both parties.
Our Services
We provide specialized digital services, specifically embroidery digitizing and vector artwork conversion. Every file we create is custom-made based on the artwork and specifications you provide. Because our work is labor-intensive and delivered digitally, we focus on accuracy from the very first stitch.
Order Fulfillment and Delivery
Digital Only: All products are delivered electronically. We do not ship physical goods or sew-outs.
Turnaround: While we strive for speed, delivery times vary based on the complexity of your design. We will always communicate expected timelines for intricate projects.
Revisions: We offer edits to ensure the file runs correctly on your machine, as outlined in our Revision Policy.
Your Role as the Client
To get the best possible result, we rely on the information you provide. A high-quality sew-out starts with accurate input. We ask that you provide:
Clear Artwork: The better the image, the better the digitizing.
Technical Specs: Your required machine format (e.g., .DST, .PES) and exact size requirements.
Fabric Details: Let us know what you are stitching on (e.g., performance polo, heavy denim, structured cap) so we can adjust the pull compensation and density accordingly.
Please note: Stitchify is not responsible for production errors caused by incorrect file formats, wrong sizing, or missing fabric information provided at the time of the order.
Edits and Design Changes
We stand by our work and offer unlimited edits to ensure the design we discussed is the design you get. However, if you submit new artwork or request a major redesign (such as changing the layout or adding new elements) after the initial digitizing is complete, this will be treated as a new order and may incur additional costs.
Intellectual Property and Copyright
By submitting artwork to Stitchify, you confirm that you own the rights to that design or have explicit permission to use it. We act as a service provider only and are not responsible for any copyright or trademark infringements resulting from the artwork you provide.
Limitation of Liability
We take great pride in our technical precision, but embroidery is a mechanical process. Stitchify is not liable for:
Production issues caused by improper machine tension, blunt needles, or operator error.
Thread breaks or fabric damage resulting from the use of incorrect stabilizers.
Any commercial loss, missed deadlines, or indirect damages once a design has been approved for production.
We strongly recommend a test sew-out on scrap fabric before beginning any commercial production run.
Payments and Security
To keep your data safe, all payments are processed through secure, industry-standard gateways like PayPal and CashApp. We do not store your financial information on our servers.
